1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and jya99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). 3 Account Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on jya99. Creating duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Information Accuracy

During registration, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms. Required information includes:

• Full legal name matching your national ID or passport
• A valid, active mobile number registered in Bangladesh (used for bKash/Nagad/Rocket verification)
• A valid email address that you own and access regularly
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older

KYC Verification

jya99 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any point, particularly before processing withdrawal requests. Accepted KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's license issued by relevant Bangladeshi authorities. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and delayed or withheld withdrawals.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jya99 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and must comply with the policies set out below.

Deposit Policy

Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum single deposit may vary by payment method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5 Bonuses & Promotions
